1. Our customers fill an enquiry form on our website or directly call us or chat/email with us. Hence, we provide direct support through Phone support, chat, email or consultation meeting.

2. Phone assistance – our team provides immediate call support to our customers and share important information and explain the relevant product/services on phone. We also try to fix an appointment on phone for one-to-one consultation with our customers.

3. Consultation meeting – we often schedule one-to-one consultation meetings with our customers to better understand customers exact needs & requirement. These meeting can be held in person, over a phone call or through online google meets.

4. Email / Chat support – if customer has contacted us through email or chat then we share all important information, brochures, documents and latest updates through chat/email. We try to help and solve customer queries/doubts instantly.
